This is my second piece of art inspired by N.K. Jemisin’s story, “The Killing Moon”, book one of The Dreamblood Duology.
I enjoyed reading it quite a bit. I don’t want to give too much away because the pleasure of discovering the world she created was delicious and definitely something to savor. I hope a new reader would have a similar experience. Her words conjured up a lot of marvelous imagery.
